"Baja All-Exclusive" Documentary Film Fundraiser

Come join us for a happy hour to benefit an important documentary on the issues surrounding land-deveolpments and tourism in Baja California Sur, which is a representative case study of what is happening in many other areas of Mexico and Latin America. Baja California Sur is home to very unique, diverse and beautiful ecosystems with beaches, inlets, marshes, mangroves, and bird sanctuaries that are currently under threat. Recent ... trends in residential tourism developments are also placing the local communities at risk.

This film must be seen by those traveling to or living part time in Baja, Mexico and other areas of Latin America where a similar situation is unfolding (i.e. Costa Rica, the Yucatan, etc). This fundraiser will help raise funds towards making it accessible to English-speaking viewers (approx. $7K)
